2020 Summit

The Greece Education Coalition will be represented at the 2020 Summit by Gary Elling and Sharon Grigsby.

A collection of guiding questions were offered by Drs. Firzpatrick and Dadey at the January 11th Educational Audit forum. Those questions and others are included in the Guiding Questions.doc

The 2020Summit is facilitated by Donna Clement of the New York State School Board's Association.

How can trust be restored?

what will it take to increase morale?
how do we transform an adversarial relationship between administration and staff to one of trust, collaboration, and respect?

What questions need to be answered to move the district ahead?
What is effective Communication?

For a future group meeting the following questions were identified

What is the vision of a successful graduate in 2020?
How do we build a cooperative community to create a productive educational environment?
